Walking around Lake Burley Griffin on a lovely warm everning, time seemed to slow and this fisherman and his rod blended in with the slow movement of the reads along the shoreline. It reminds me of slowing down and enjoying time.

Photography is all about capturing a moment in ways human eyes can't. Somewhere in amongst the chaos of crashing waves is a beautiful, still moment.

Walking the Kepler Track in New Zeland, you're up and away from surburban life. Above or in the clouds, the white noise of the wind over the ridge only broken by the Kea's squark. The sheer gradient was difficult to capture, sharp ridgelines and deep valleys. Composing to include the wildflowers in the foreground, a Kea swooped by in one of the magical moment, whereby luckily I hit the shutter to capture. With a little luck - it captured what it felt like to be up there in a single frame.
